Turmeric Latte Recipe

My turmeric latte tastes wonderful despite the fact I’ve seen a better head on a 10 bob donkey (see photo).

Try adding turmeric to your life and enjoy some of its benefits:

Turmeric Latte


  • 2 t.s turmeric
  • 1 t.s cinnamon
  • 2 t.s coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • Honey to taste


Gently heat turmeric and cinnamon in a saucepan with coconut oil. Slowly add almond or coconut milk.  Add to blend to make it nice and frothy – Or a wire whisk would suffice.  Sweeten with a touch of honey if you prefer
